Chicken breast filled with ham and Swiss cheese lightly breaded and sautéed with our Béchamel sauce.

Sautéed until golden with butter, lemon, white wine, and capers.

Sautéed chicken breast with bacon, mushrooms, red onion and our Irish cream sauce. An authentic Irish recipe!

Chicken Rockefeller
Chicken breast lightly sautéed in butter, garlic and white wine with bacon, onions, and spinach. Topped with parmesan cheese.

Garnished with sauteed apples.

Corned Beef & Cabbage
Tender, lean corned beef tops tender, steaming cabbage and carrots with parsley buttered potatoes to provide the traditional Irish feast.
